Booking an intro call gives you the chance to talk through what’s on your mind, and to hear how I work.

My coaching isn’t about giving advice, it’s about creating space for you to think clearly and find your own way forward. There’s no obligation and no expectation that you’ll have everything worked out in advance.

If you’d prefer to ask a question first, feel free to get in touch.

  • Our first call is a relaxed, confidential conversation. We’ll spend some time exploring what’s going on for you at the moment and what you’d like to be different. You can ask any questions you have about how my coaching works, and I’ll explain how I typically support clients.

The aim isn’t to fix anything on the spot; it’s simply to help you get a clearer sense of whether working together feels helpful and like a good fit.

    • Intro calls usually last around 30 minutes

    • They take place online

    • There’s no pressure to commit to coaching afterwards

    • If it turns out that coaching isn’t what you need at the moment, that’s absolutely okay too.

    • If this feels like it might help, you’re very welcome to book an intro call via the calendar.
